Salvation Army Family Housing

Denver |
CO
Providing sustainable housing solutions that strengthen the community and support local needs.

Calibre provided civil engineering services for this redevelopment on a 5.1-acre site, which included renovating an existing five-story multifamily building and building three new Salvation Army housing facilities.

The project uniquely integrates sustainable stormwater management solutions, including an underground detention vault to address the 100-year storm event, enhancing the community’s resilience against flooding risks. Through our designs, we aim to create a vibrant living space that supports local needs while prioritizing environmental stewardship.

This project not only improves the urban landscape but also contributes to the community’s housing solutions, thereby adding significant value to the neighborhood. Calibre is excited to play a key role in shaping a brighter future for Denver’s residents.
