Calibre Engineering provided structural design services for the Pueblo Bluffs Multifamily Apartments. Spanning approximately 92,000 square feet, this project features included drilled pier foundations and a concrete podium on the second level, supporting four additional stories of primarily wood-framed design. This development used concrete and masonry cores around the elevators, which serve as the main lateral force-resisting system, ensuring superior stability and safety.
