The Fort Logan National Cemetery Phase 1 Development project encompasses 49.42 contiguous acres, with approximately 30 acres developed to expand burial services for eligible veterans. Calibre provided technical design, consulting, and construction period services to assist the Government in this initiative.
Following the National Cemetery Administration’s Facilities Design Guide, our team developed precise construction drawings and specifications, ensuring adherence to all guidelines while streamlining the bidding process. The project introduced 34,100 new gravesites, including casket and cremation options, thereby enhancing the cemetery’s capacity to serve a growing veteran population.
Calibre’s planning promoted efficient resource allocation and preserved additional land for future developments, underscoring a commitment to long-term community service. This project significantly contributes to honoring veterans by maintaining the cemetery as a national shrine commemorating their service.
