Work Stress management is important in this day and age. According to The American Institute of Stress, the March 28 2019 statistics show 80% of workers feel stress on the job, and nearly half say they need help in learning how to manage stress. 42% say their coworkers need help with stress. 25% have felt like screaming or shouting because of job stress.

I found this interesting article via Forbes which discusses how leadership changes and one’s boss are the largest causers of stress to people in the workplace.
Essentially, when your boss is stressed, that stress can project onto employees, causing an overall “stress environment”. It is important to first recognize that stress, and then to find ways to mitigate and manage your stress. Nobody wants to be that person who is stressful to be around.
