Emily Villines has never been afraid to make waves, and has been a catalyst for change in her company, industry associations, and the public sector. Her rare talent for blurring the lines between administration and engineering has resulted in groundbreaking change. Villines has repeatedly demonstrated an ability to recognize and meet the needs of her public sector clients.
