In this post, Becky Barvinchak, Calibre’s Administrative Assistant, shares her experience returning to work after several years.
Before starting at Calibre, I had been a stay-at-home mom for several years, and I was very nervous about returning to work. I had to learn a lot of new technology, and it was a big change to be back in the office five days a week.
Everyone at Calibre welcomed me with such kindness and support. It made a big transition a lot easier. I receive a lot of support every day, and I’m not afraid to ask for help or say I don’t understand something because one of my coworkers is always willing to jump in and teach me.
I am grateful to be part of a company that prioritizes families. Calibre’s unique culture has allowed me to succeed at work and at home.
