- Able to secure a vehicle in the water to practice rescue from a vehicle in high flows
- Culvert area to practice rescue from enclosed spaces
- High axle vehicle flood training driving route
- High wall/bridge abutment rescue area
- Flood-proofed buildings that simulate a realistic urban environment used to train for flood rescue as well as urban search and rescue
- Complete flow control, allowing depth and velocity of flow alteration via iPad
- Low head dam simulator
- Rescue platform and self-rescue training area
- Steep rocky gorge area, as well as aqueduct rescue training area
- Lake with shallow area to allow for wading practice, boat skills practice, and basic ropes practice before entering swiftwater
- Urban area designed to teach FEMA search and tagging skills
- Motorized and unmotorized boat training areas within the river environment
